We are a newly established tech/engineering company in Vietnam, operating mainly in IT and data-related services. Established: 2025The company operates primarily in IT and software-related services, including:

Our new project is a key pillar of our digital transformation strategy and focuses on cloud-native architectures, advanced AI models and a modern JavaScript technology stack to streamline workflows, modernize the portfolio, and revolutionize how we analyze and interpret pipeline integrity data. We aim to significantly reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction, and provide an intuitive, seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
  1. Support translation of business, organizational and operational goals into a clear roadmap aligned with the engineering and service needs, ensuring understanding of the why
  2. Understand and document the business and engineering user workflows and processes that define the product’s operational scope
  3. Ensure the solution aligns and leverages the enterprise technology stack
  4. Refine, prioritize and manage the product backlog
  5. Act as bridge among users, business, subject matters experts, management and the development team
  6. Ensure execution and delivery closely working with the development team, checking the outcomes and approving completed work
  7. Monitor and report product success (e.g. met use cases, adoption, value generated, user satisfaction, roadmap execution)
  8. Plan and execute product launch, trainings and rollout
  9. Document and manage dependencies, risks and scope changes
Minimum Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Masters’ in software engineering, computer science, or related technical field
  2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as product owner, product manager or roles with similar responsibilities
  3. Excellent English language, with an CEFR-B2+, or an equivalent English proficiency certification
  4. Product Ownership certifications are a plus
  5. Experience in software modernization is a plus
  6. Experience in the energy, automotive, measuring systems or similar domains is a plus
  7. Exposure to high data volume engineering tools is preferred
  8. Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments
  9. Analytical and problem-solving oriented mindset
  10. Solid planning, structuring and execution skills
  11. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable and user-friendly language
